As part of our service guarantee, you may return, exchange, or replace any product bought from us for any reason within 30 days! The exceptions to this would be for Personalized, Custom Painted or Logo items.

Please follow these return guidelines:

1. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION within 30 days of receipt (RGA number not needed).

2. Returns after 30 Days will NOT be accepted without an RGA number.

3. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-326-0054 for a return authorization number if you have had the merchandise for more than 30 days. Complete the information below and include this form with your return.

4. If your order was paid for with a credit card, the same card will be credited.

5. For your protection, we recommend that you send your returns by UPS or Insured Parcel Post.

6. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed.

7. If you have received an item that was damaged during transit please contact UPS to refuse shipment, then contact us so that we can send out your replacement as quickly as possible.

9. Authorized returns after 30 days will be issued replacement merchandise only.
