No-Hassle Return Policy (updated 2-02-16)
To initiate a return, simply request a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#), using the form below, within 30 days of receipt of the product. (eBay purchases for Sold As-Is Scratch/Dent/Liquidation Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.) To receive a refund, all items must have an RGA# and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork).

Store credit will be issued for returns that are received into our warehouse 30-90 days after receiving your order. Returns in exchange for different merchandise must be first authorized and will incurr a $13.99 reship charge. No returns will be accepted after 90 days of receipt.

AutoAccessories4Less will issue a return label if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. Items returned for reasons other than defect or our error must be shipped postage paid. Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

Items returned for reasons other than exchange, defect or AutoAccessories4Less error will incur a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fees are waived in the case of defect or AutoAccessories4Less error. Items being returned for exchange will NOT be charged a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Products
Most items available at AutoAccessories4Less may be returned for full or partial credit. However, some custom made items cannot be returned.
Non Returnable products: Pre-Painted items, products ordered with personalization, embroidery or with optional emblem, Hatchbag, ICI-Inovative Creations Inc.

Cancellation of Custom items: In some instances of custom, made to order items, a 20% material fee may be incurred for any cancelled orders. Including, but not limited to, Lebra, CoverKing, Avery's Floor Mats, Lloyd Mats, CalTrend, Global-Covercraft Items.
In the case of defect or an error made by AutoAccessories4Less, these items may be returned for full or partial credit, depending on the circumstances.
Most AutoAccessories4Less customers are extremely happy with their purchase and do not need to return product.

Return Procedure
To request an RGA#, complete the form below and click the “Send email” button. We will email you an RGA# within one business day.

Damaged/Defective Items
If an item arrives in unacceptable condition as the result of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, please phone Customer Service at 1-269-556-2000, or email as soon as possible.
AutoAccessories4Less will not, under any circumstance, reimburse labor charges or installation fees, or reimburse for any damages incurred during installation of product. Photographs may be required to trouble shoot fitment issues and show damage to shipping companies or manufactures.

As part of our service guarantee, you may return, exchange, or replace any product bought from us for any reason within 30 days! The exceptions to this would be for Personalized, Custom Painted, Non-Returnable items listed above, or Logo items.

Return guidelines and form:

1. RGA# must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION.
2. Returns after 30 Days will receive store credit only. Returns after 90 days will not be accepted.
3. Please email Customer Service for a return authorization number using the form below. You will receive an RGA# within one business day.
4. If your order was paid for with a credit card, the same card will be credited.
5. For your protection, we recommend that you send your returns by UPS or Insured Parcel Post.
6. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed.
7. If you received an item that is defective or damaged during transit please contact Customer Service at 1-269-556-2000 as quickly as possible.
